fepa Zoom-Treffen: Men Engage

Deutsch (for english see below): Wir präsentieren «Men Engage», unsere partnerschaftliche Initiative mit der simbabwischen Basisorganisation Platform for Youth and Community Development (PYCD). Im Rahmen von «Men Engage» führen wir eine interkulturelle Debatte über erstrebenswerte Männerrollen im Zeichen von Geschlechtergerechtigkeit und dem Ende patriarchaler Privilegien.
In der Diskussion sprechen wir über diese Männerrollen und wie wir sie in Simbabwe und in der Schweiz propagieren.
Mit Kenneth Mudimu, der das Projekt begleitet und den fepa Zoom-Treff moderiert. Und mit Inputs der Projektkoordinatoren Allan Murozvi und Niklas Lindenthal.

English: We present «Men Engage», our partnership initiative with the Zimbabwean grassroots organisation Platform for Youth and Community Development (PYCD). In the context of «Men Engage» we debate interculturally  about desirable male roles in the context of gender justice and the end of patriarchal privileges.
In the discussion we talk about these male roles and how we propagate them in Zimbabwe and in Switzerland.
With Kenneth Mudimu, who accompanies the project and moderates the fepa Zoom meeting. With input from the project coordinators Allan Murozvi and Niklas Lindenthal.

fepa Zoom-Treffs: Jeweils am letzten Montag im Monat treffen wir uns öffentlich und interaktiv auf Zoom. Wir sprechen über aktuelle Ereignisse im südlichen Afrika, über neue Fragen, die uns beschäftigten oder über Partnerprojekte. Das Thema für das Treffen wird jeweils rund 14 Tage vor dem Termin bestimmt und hier nachgetragen.

fepa Zoom meetings: Every last Monday of the month we meet publicly and interactively on Zoom. We talk about current events in Southern Africa, about new issues that have been bothering us or about partner projects. The topic for the meeting is always decided about 14 days before the date and posted here.
